Later models have a chip in the ignition key that the computer validates is is correct before allowing to start. Verify that this is the same key you have always used or the orginal 2nd key that came with truck. If you had a new key made it is either not programmed yet to the truck (see a dealer) or is not the correct type key. A key made say at a hardware store willl not have the internal chip but can be used to just unlock the door but do not put in ignition. If an invalid key is used to try and start more than 3 times then the computer will 'lock down" and then there is a procedure to for that if you need it let me know.

You most likely need a new radio. They go bad all the time in the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep. Don't know how many of them I have replaced.
