Really depends on what noise is made. Duct tape or Gorilla tape will tighten the ducts if you can reach the problem. There are putty type compounds that are like clay and can be pressed into gaps. Main thing is to get something that will not make an odor when it gets hot. Like Lowes has 3 types of clay fillers, but the black one is cheaper but it has a strong odor when hot.

and when building them for total down. i check it. with clay test.

some turbo engines run low CR that can effect this too.
so.... why not remove the cam drive.
put a piston at TDC and roll the cam by hand gently.

You can try Vinegar or get a clay removal from parts store will remove paint and just about anything the clay will...

not much you can do with them black is a pig for polishing you can try tcut or cutting compond or claying it claying is what it sound like its a clay bar that with water you rub the car with but i would stick with the cutting compount not much else you can do i have a black merc have the same problem

yes, this can be sealed.. use some Epoxy waterproof clay used to seal roof rain gutters. Put a decent amount of clay to solve your leak problem.
