Hi Duncan You need to contact a dealer or manufacturers website. Search recalls airbags make sure you have your VIN number at hand. Depending where you are in the world there may be a dedicated website for air bags you will have to google that. I know where I am in Australia there is and you just need a registration number. Good luck

if the recall was done usually will reset on its own have vehicle scanned for trouble code may have nothing to do with recall and if it does bring back to dealer to correctly repair the recall

Hi there I want to know if the cv axle of 1994 subaru svx is the same with the cv axle of impreza, legacy or forester? Thanks

Wrong place to ask

You look on parts web sites
You look at auto part sites
You may at a salvage yard get cross reference data
Auto Parts Store if want to may look up several vehicles
to answer that

What you NEVER do is install any used part in any vehicle

What you do is go to Rock Auto.Com & buy a new or reman
& install it

No reason to even get into this

Just buy a new part, you do not want used in a
drive axle & have an unsafe vehicle

Airbag dash light

Transport Canada Vehicle Recalls & Defects Database Transport Canada Recall # 2007169 Recall Date:  2007/05/30 Notification Type:  Recalls Audit System:  Airbag Manufacturer Recall Number:  G09 Units Affected:  question.gif 51,000 Category: Minivan Recall Details: On certain vehicles the left or right front supplemental airbag sensors may crack under certain conditions, which can allow water to enter into the sensor. This can cause the airbag warning lamp to illuminate. A malfunction of one or both of the supplemental sensors will not adversely affect safety or cause a failure to comply with government standards. The single-point sensor in these vehicles, which is located in the airbag control module, is operational even if both supplemental sensors are inoperative. DaimlerChrysler has decided to launch a Customer Satisfaction Notification to advise customers that these front airbag sensors will be replaced with redesigned sensors to reduce the potential for damage. This action is not being conducted under the Motor Vehicle Safety Act.
