On the drivers side. On the transmission, just above the cv axle.

On the passenger side. Follow the axle to the transmission. The first sensor you come to is the speed sensor.

There is something not connected, What was the original issue?

tc stands for traction control and usually means that something in the system is not in order, say like a wheel speed sensor. However, if the abs light goes on at the same time, it's usually a wheel speed sensor somewhere.

This could be a module or a wire to the wheel speed sensor on the tc side.

Get an ABS Brakescan Tool, like an Actron OBD-II ABS Brakescan tool to help to diagnose what is wrong.

They cost like $100 plus shipping on Amazon.com.
