I have replaced the battery the horn does work but the wipers do not work the headlights do not work but the brake lights do work
It sounds like you have either a wiring issue or fuses blown. If the battery was hooked up in reverse it could have blown the ignition fuse which would impact the described systems. If I can assist further, reach me at https://www.6ya.com/thericepatch

Check if you have electrical current at brake light switch. If not go back to checking the fuses and plugs.

You may get lucky by spraying penetrating spray like WD-40 inside & all around the latch assembly on door. Use that little red nozzle to get around in behind as far as you can, as well as try to get it along back of sides as well. That will allow it to run down on linkage to locks etc & hopefully free things up & get them moving better. Once it's freed up again, give it a coat of white lithium spray grease and use tube same as you did with penetrating spray, to avoid/prolong repeat in near future. Let spray work a bit then start moving lock manually at first, then try using power after it feels easier, and then keep working both until power lock works good. Don't go crazy & overheat power lock motor, give it a few minutes after trying 5-10 times, before trying again.
