Generally leaking rear bag.. check pressure at rear.

all of the suspension is low or only one of the suspension?
if only one of the suspension very low... most the the problem is the air bellow in the suspension strut crack.. need to replace new suspension strut.

arnott.com sells replacement shocks, take one of your orginal springs and go to a spring frabrication shop they should be able to fabricate a new spring for you with a 2 to 4 inch lift

Horn and heater may be fuse related. The headrests have nothing to do with fuses. The switch is bad or going that way for the seat or the motors for the headrests are out.
The horn fuse spin it, or replace as corrosion from aluminum fuses cause problems. I suggest replacing them all with new copper barrel fuses. The blower motor fan is a strip fuse on the driver side strut mount in a tootsie roll sized case.

Turn key to ON, not run just ON, so all the dash lights are on, press the
O botton twice quickly, like twice in one sec. Service reset will come on with the little wrench
symbol, immediately turn key to the off position, press the zero button
and hold it in while turning the key to the on position again, hold the
button till it beeps, release button and turn key to off position.
While your in the car anyway do the ecu reset
and set the learned driver values back to the factory settings,like an
instant tune up in two minutes time... (FSS = Flexible Service System)
