Michael: You may be having two separate problems. One owner says fuse # 20 operates the cigarette lighter. Usually when your car will not go in reverse, there is a problem with the transmission.
If you'd like to take the time to look at all the fuses and see which one is blown, that's the 1 needing replaced. Normally a cigarette lighter fuse is a 10 amp ( Red ) fuse.
number 32 is the front cigarette lighter fuse 2 and 27 for the audio unit which i presume means radio
these are in the fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side
