I haven;t worked on any car that has open the windows with the remote. They could be out there, but Toyota isn't one of them.

On the high mount brake light on a 2008 Toyota avensis, the lamp in a 21w single element type. The thing to check here is the ground connection at the side of the holder. if an attempt has been made to put the lamp in the wrong way, the side connector will have been pushed flat and will not connect. after disconnecting the lamp holder the connection tab can be bent back into position.
