Hi Rosario I'm assuming that your vehicle has 4 cylinder mode.
this fault you will need to take to a dealer. They will need to plug it into a diagnostic tester, this will tell them if any fault codes are present.
It could be a sensor fault or ECU or something unrelated to engine that is not reaching required specs for engine to go into 4 cylinder mode. This can only be diagnosed once information is gathered via a diagnostic tester.
You could spend vasts amounts of money by replacing parts from incorrect information.
