SOURCE: need to know what fuse
The first things to check is make sure all your fuses are good a teslight is a great tool for this, check out www.testlight.com. after checking fuses next is to open the hood and check the connection to cruise head andd then make sure the cable from the cruise to throtlebody is connected, this is where i would start,if the fuses are good and the connection is good and the unit is connected to throtle linkage then i would check the switch and the cruise stop switch which is located on the brake pedal braket and sometimes runs off brake light switch, hope this helps. good luck.

did you check washer motor alone? find motor and power it with external 12 votls battery or use a cable to power it with your own battery. you need to hear sound. if it creates arcs when you touch wires motor can be burned. if it is burned inside fuse can still be ok. i replaced my washer motor on bmw last week and situation was so.
