Fuse blowing indicates some circuit is drawing too much current. Figure out what that fuse supplies and investigate that circuit.

Please check if there is power on the washer motor when the washer is engaged. If so the washer motor has failed, if not the FUSE to the motor has failed which is within the cabin fuse box.

if both a just a drip then the warsher pump is bad. did thay both just start dripping at one time??

THE TURBO IS JUST BOLTED ON , BUT MAKE SURE IT IS THE TURBO THAT IS AT FAULT, THE WASTE GATE AND AIR PIPES ARE NORMALLY THE ITEMS THAT FAIL, YOU WILL NEED ALL NEW GASKETS AS USING ANG COMPOUNDS WITH DESTROY THE CAT CONVERTOR ANY MANUAL FOR A MERC WITH TURBO WILL HELP. ( CHILTONS OR HAYNES MANUALS)
