Great fun pulling "answers" out of THIN AIR...
(( or other dark dank places/orifices ))...
Truth be known... (( RTFM ))...

[read the manual]

On SERIOUS industrial grade (read EXPENSIVE)...
ONE can PROFOUNDLY (literally) GUM-UP the
works if we are going to ACCEPT cyber-drivel in
lieu of TECHNICAL specifications.

There are several types of "HYDRAULIC" fluids,..
... and then other equipment uses 10 weight oil
(rare... but still done).

"JACK OIL" indeed.

I would suggest a REALLY NOVEL approach:
read the MANUFACTURER's Specifications.

As though your life depended on it...
(( in many cases... lives do depend on WELL
functioning HYDRAULICs... ( every time
you push on your BRAKE PEDALs... (etc.))).

((( no "oil" involved there... AT ALL ))).

Seriously...!!

SOURCE: what kind of oil can i use in my 1999 gs 300 is

Synthetic oil is better than carbon based oil because it is cleaner, lasts longer, more efficient & wont leave carbon build up like conventional oil. But if you ran regular oil for quite awhile, your engine will have carbon build up. Synthetic oil breaks up the buildup. That is good. Bad thing is sometimes that buildup is keeping you from leaking or burning oil. If you switch to synthetic oil keep an eye on oil consumption. If you start using or leaking it out of gaskets or seals, you will need to get it out & put in regular oil. If not, you can go longer between oil changes & your engine will run more efficiently for a longer period of time.

My jack dose not pump up were to put fluid in

Presume it a hydraulic jack. Most are sealed, some of the more expensive types will have a valve, usually hidden somewhere.
But what you need to look for first is where it is leaking from.
If it has lost fluid chances are one of the seals have blown.

Im looking for an owners manual for my RV Leveling jacks. I have 1991 American Eagle Diesel Pusher all I know is there are 4 hydraulic fluid leveling jacks

Like any number of items on motorhomes the builder will use what's available at the time; there is no one make of leveling jacks that they used on that coach. However you should be about to contact a Fleetwood dealer and see is they might have a lead for them. American Eagle are the high end coaches by Fleetwood. What is it you're trying to do with your jacks? The jacks themselves are pretty basic; they're like a number of other hydraulic cylinders in the principals of how they operate. There are times that if you look for generic hydraulic parts they are cheaper, or better quality (or lower depending on the original build).

Oil pan

Hi Gerti ,
It is very easy , First lift the vehicle through jack or hydraulic lift and drain the engine oil in a pan and arrange a new engine oil filter and oil as it is better to replace( u can use the same if it is not very old). U can drain the oil by removing the drain plug ( keep it for around 1 hour so that oil from the gallerias also drain out).
After 1 hour remove the oil pan by removing all the bolts from engine and replace with the new one.
Top up the engine oil by removing the dip stick and your car must be fine.
Thanks

I need hydraulic fluid for my 2008 Mitsubishi Spyder convertible top.

I would not feel insecure using hydraulic oil for rams and jacks as those items need to be reliable, scoot down to your auto parts store and grab a bottle, remember to fill with rams compressed. hope this helps.

Transmission nocks in 5th gear

Bent synchonizer ring. Contrary to what some may tell you, do not park a manual transmission vehicle IN GEAR. This is even worse, if you park on a hill. If the emergency brake is not set to take the weight (force) first, then the gear synchonizer rings can be bent causing shifting and noise problems later. Set the parking (emergency) brake first, shift into Neutral taking your foot off the brake pedal to let the emergency brake take the weight, shut off the engine and then shift in to gear if you want to leave it IN GEAR when parked. Try draining your Manual Transmission oil and replace with either a top quality Hypoid Gear Oil AND Slik 50 Gear Oil Additive or simply use Castrol TAF-X Gear Oil. Remember to clean the magnetic drain (sump) bolt as they are usually covered with fine metal filings. A tooth pick works great on the edges of the magnet. A short piece of clear tubing 3/8 inch diameter will make the refill job easier when fitted securely to the nozzle end of a gear oil container. Place the vehicle on level ground and FIRST remove the square refill bolt with a ratchet (if punched inwards) or spanner (if outwards). THEN, drain the transmission oil. Some sumps (drain plugs) use a regular bolt and others a square hole that you can use a ratchet with suitable size adapter. Many are 1/2 inch square, so if you have a 3/8 in ratchet you need to get a 1/2 inch adapter for it to open the drain plug before you start. If you can't physically slide under the car, you need to place it on JACK STANDS or better still, a Hydraulic Lift. Following the manufacturer's instructions for jacking your vehicle and placing JACK STANDS. Note: As an extra precaution consider keeping the car jack raised to the same height as the JACK STAND on the side of the vehicle that you will be crawling under just in case something slips. It doesn't take any more time as you will still need to jack the car up a bit to remove the first jack stand and then begin the lowering process one axle at a time after you're done.
