I looked at online owners manual for your vehicle. In underhood fuse box # 50 in picture. The online owners manuals are not always correct, but,alI I have to go by, except wiring diagram. Maybe the cover for under hood fuse box has a legend on it to tell you which relay is which? Hope it helps.

the radiator fan relay is located behind and slightly lower than the r/f headlamp.best way to get to this is by removing right side of front fascia out enough to get behind it. this will give you acsess to the relay.i work at a jeep dealer and have done this many times.

The relay for the cooling fan is located on the left side (north america drivers side) of the rad about half way down or near the top (may vary) there may be two relays or one, replace them both. As for the fuse location it should be under your dash (fuse panel) looks like a big silver fuse similar to a zippo lighter, it will be marked in fine print "engine fan".
