SOURCE: 2005 chevy colorado whole frnt left side lights
The inside light is blinking quickly because the front blinker light is out. I'm afraid that without more info I can't tell you why the lights are out.

Your Main Battery is Flat, get a jump start if its safe or remove the battery and hook it up to a charger. Maybe you left your lights on, or your alternator isnt charging the battery properly when your driving around. Sometimes this can be the bushes located in the alternator.
Hi Kacey,
I imagine you've already tested your battery. If your put a multi-meter on the battery terminals, you should get 13+ volts. If not, then your battery is too weak to turn over the engine, and perhaps if too weak to power up the dash lights. If this is re-occuring, then you'll want to test your alternator to ensure it is producing enough power to recharge the battery. If the alternator is working, then you need to test for parasitic draw (aka an electrical short). You can test for this by putting your multi-meter between your negative battery lead and the battery terminal to measure draw. I don't know how much is too much, but I think it should be less than 1/4 volt. Then, one by one, pull/place fuses --- where you see the meter reading drop, that will likely be the vehicle component with the short.
Good luck.
