Why did you install a new ignition switch ? Lock cylinder part or electrical ?
You have no idea of the complexity of the electronic's on this vehicle ,your best bet take it to a qualified repair shop.
The body control module (BCM) uses the discrete ignition switch inputs ignition 1, ignition 3 and crank to distinguish the correct power mode. Once the BCM has determined the power mode selected by the vehicle operator it will energize the Ignition relay, Run relay and retained accessory power (RAP) relay, depending on which power mode is selected.

Power to many of this vehicle's circuits are controlled by the module that is designated the power mode master (PMM). This vehicle PMM is the body control module (BCM). The PMM controls which power mode (Run, Accessory, Crank, Retained Accessory Power, or Off) is active.

On vehicles that have several control modules connected by serial data circuits, one module is the power mode master (PMM). On this vehicle, the PMM is the body control module (BCM). The PMM receives 3 discrete ignition switch signals to differentiate which power mode will be sent over the Serial Data circuits.

SOURCE: 1998 Grand Prix GTP windshield washer (full) not pumping fluid

Not difficult to remove inner fender liner (screws around wheel well opening and sometimes a few more)
Pump is available from most auto supply stores and easily installed in tank. Check power at the motor before removing it to make sure the motor is bad and the problem isn't somewhere else.(if no power there problem can be solved as easily as using a push button to get it powered up and as complicated as replacing the multi-function switch...pretty much your choice)

Disable anti theft ignition lock 2005 Buick rendezvous ultra

With a master PASS-Key III key, turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.

IMPORTANT:

This procedure is not available on vehicles equipped with option code (Z49).
If replacing a BCM with an GM SPO replacement part, perform the procedure to setup a new BCM prior to the 30-Minute Relearn Procedure.

Observe the STARTING DISABLED DUE TO THEFT message on the driver information center (DIC), after approximately 10 minutes the STARTING DISABLED DUE TO THEFT message on the DIC will turn off.
Turn OFF the ignition, and wait 5 seconds .
Repeat steps 1-3 two more times for a total of 3 cycles or 30 minutes .
With a master PASS-Key III key, start the vehicle. The vehicle has now learned the key transponder information and the PCM has now learned the fuel continue password.

IMPORTANT: The vehicle learns the key transponder information and/or passwords on the ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK. You must turn the ignition OFF before attempting to start the vehicle.

Lost the key to my 05 trail blazer bought a new switch with a key it still won't start unless I jump it with a wire

Hello. It seems the new ignition switch/lock cylinder won't 'communicate' with your vehicle's anti-theft system; causing it not to start/run normally. That ignition switch/lock cylinder must be 'programmed' by a 'certified' locksmith shop. They have equipment to 'pair' the switch and your car's anti-theft system together. Good luck and keep me informed; if you want to.

2004 Pontiac grand prix gtp won't start- fully

You need a new starter solenoid. It is essentially a heavy duty remote switch that is activated by your ignition key switch. The solenoids get stuck or don't conduct well after 6 to10 years.

My 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP is not starting, the fuel pomp is working and you can hear it go on when you insert the key, my key does no have the chip in it, so im guessing is the anti theft, i replaced...

If you replaced the crank sensor and it will not start then your car needs a CASE learn. Once the crank sensor is removed and a new one is installed, without a lot of luck it is highly likely that the sensor will be out of range to properly detect your crank position and send the info to the PCM so proper ignition timing can be calculated and executed from any given piston position left at vehicle shutoff. A CASE learn is a procedure that will calibrate the new sensor to correlate with crank position. Without it, your car will not run. It can be done with most TechII compliant scan tools with the capability. You may be able to rent or buy a used one to get you up and running again, it's a simple procedure it should take only about ten minutes.

Factory alarm 97 grand prix

1st the system alarm is intagrated into the engine control electronics, it can not be disabled without poss damage to ther systems and controls, 2nd the most common cause of your issue is the sensor in the ignition lock cylinder being defective, this is the most common issue on all GM anti-theft systems.
