Yes it is possible. Not literally remove the handle but just disable certain linkages from inside ??

SOURCE: Rear Door Handle Broken

I had the same problem, and here is the solution:
http://www.findonefindall.com/toyota-sienna/siennareardoor.htm

It includes step-by-step instructions and photos. I printed it and headed to the garage. I while later (hours actually) it was fixed. I did end up going to the hardware store and buying the EXACT size screw they recommend. I went with a screw rather than a nut and bolt. Worked fine.

SOURCE: To remove the interior door panel of a 1996 Toyota camry so that

My 96 Camry LE has 9 attachments that are visible. Some have plastic caps covering the screws; others do not. There are screws at the door handle, at the forward portion(with covers) when the door is open and the back edge (small covers). As I recall, there are several friction type fasteners around the perimiter of the panel that can be removed by prying carefully away from the metal portion of the door to free up the trim panel. Once these are loose, the trim around the inside door release handle (the one you pull to open the door) can be pryed in a backward motion. Then the entire panel can be removed by pulling upward and backward at the same time (it easier to do this with the window down). Then it is a matter of disconnecting the wires attached to the various controls for the electric windows and door locks to free up the panel itself. There is probably a plastic skin covering the metal portion of the door. Carefully pull that away to expose the inner workings of the door latch mechanisim. The rest of the procedure should become easy to figure out. I have not removed the exterior door handle itself; but it is a simple mechanism as I recall. Best of luck to you.

SOURCE: Exterior rear door handle on Honda Accord 2001

To Remove Door Panel on 2001 Honda Accord:

A: To remove the plastic piece with the door lock button and door handle connected to it:

1- Remove the screw in the middle located behind a plastic cover button
2- Push (slide) the whole assembly Forward (toward front of car)
Besides the screw, it is held in place by 3 hooks on the backside that hook into holes in the metal door frame
3- Now unhook handle from small metal bar going through door by pushing (toward door) plastic clip (blue?) off of the bar, then the bar will come out of the clip hole, thus releasing the handle.
4- Depress little grey button /bar (purple painted on it)on elec. connector to seperate connector, thus releasing door lock switch

Now the whole assembly (metal handle, door lock switch, and plastic piece) will come off door panel

B: The door is held on by 2-screws, 7-plastic snaps/plugs, and 1-plastic plug.

The screws are located: bottom of hand hold and the other behind the handle, both covered by little covers that have to be pryed off to access the screws.(hint: the screw with the built in spacer goes behind the handle when you are trying to reinstall)
The 7-plastic snaps: 3 across bottom and 2 on each side. Not visible, they are mounted to the inside of the panel.
The 1-plastic plug is visible at the upper front of the panel and is the same color as the surrounding trim

C: Take off the big plastic triangle piece above the door panel and behind the mirror. Pull/pry off. It has 2 snaps holding it on. one near bottom and one near the front.

D: Light lens prys off from bottom. Unscrew (1/4 turn) the light assembly with bulb still intact from backside of panel

E: Remove the Hand-Hold/window switch assembly:

SOURCE: how to remove the door screen on 2000 MPV

It appears he tells you to remove the door panel, but doesn't actually explain the process...
On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge.

SOURCE: 2002 Nissan Altima Exterior Door Handle

I seriously doubt that supergluing or even epoxying a handle back will hold at all, or hold for more then few days.
I would only suggest doing the replacement yourself if you familiar with this type of work, or has the aptitude to figure out how to do it, and have the right tools because it is NOT trivial and a number of things can be done wrong, broken or scratched.
The handle itself cannot be replaced. The outside door handle assembly (which includes the handle, the bezel with all associated springs, plastic and metal hardware) has to be replaced. Besides junkyards, which is a long shot for number of reasons, the only place where the handle assembly can be bought is the dealer. And these handle assemblies are not cheap ether. The driver side handle on my 2002 Altima broke first. I paid $60.23+tax, and they had to order it. BEFORE anyone goes to the dealer I suggest to call first, and ask them if they have it in stock. Since door handles are sold painted they will ask you for your car's VIN number so that they match the paint color.
After you pick it up, the replacement will take about an hour (if you know what you doing). The inside door panel has to be removed, it is held in place by the inside door handle and the panel is attached by a number of clips, the handle assembly is attached to the door by three bolts, to remove which you will need a socket with extension. You will also need a good flashlight so you see what you are doing.
If you are familiar how to do this type of work and plan to keep the car for a while I strongly suggest buying a factory service manual on a CD (I bought mine on eBay for under $10). It is worth its price 1000s of times over, and makes almost ALL repair work SOOO much easier.751424a.jpg73e3811.jpgd240851.jpg

Replacing the exterior front door handle

Door handle fasteners are accessed from inside the doors so you need to remove the interior door panels. The door handles are then usually held on by clips or slides which are rather awkwardly positioned behind the door structure.

The sliding door handles of my 1998 Toyota Sienna have both broken.

I replaced both of my sliding door handles this weekend. It was actually pretty easy. Cheapest I could find the handles was a little over $70 each. The interior panel is held on with one screw and 10 nylon clips. The one screw is in the cup holder. Put you hand in the cup holder and push out at the bottom. It pops right off exposing the one screw. I started on the clips from the top at a corner. Seemed to be the easiest place to slide a screw driver under. Once I got the screw driver in, I started working my fingers under the panel. The clips run mostly along the top and bottom about 6 inches from the edge. I made an effort to apply the force as close to the clips as I could to reduce flexing the panel. Once I got the first clip to pop out the other followed pretty easy and the panel lifted right off. Carefully peel back the plastic barrier. The exterior handle is held on with two 10mm bolts. Connecting the short cable was pretty obvious once you could see everything. Now I have to teach everyone to open the side doors very gently! Hope this helps.
