My 2003 trailblazer is having issues starting ,i have to prime it and after it starts it putts and seems not alot of power and stalls

You may have blown the fuse for the whole car when u jumped it, if you jumped it the wrong way. Get a test light or multimeter and check for a big blown fuse. its goin to be probably labeld as the fuse for the battery i believe

The pressure regulator is bad,it is allowing the fuel to pass threw to the cylinders,replace the regulator,and a new set of goos spark plugs.This is the fuel pressure regulator.

alternator gone bad, 100%. as the voltage starts dropping, all the lights on the dash will go crazy because the electronics cannot perform their self diagnostics, as they do not have sufficient voltage.

You need to get the fault codes read to determine where the problem is that set the SES light. Autozone will scan your car at no charge. At some point you will need to get a mechanic involved to further diagnose the codes.
