Clean throttle body and bore of any varnish or carbon soot as this restricts airflow causing low idle . Possible IAC passageway is blocked also .

There is a flat spot at the front of the right side (passenger side) cylinder head will have the last 6 of the Vin and letter code at the end of it for id purposes. You will see it looking down from the top of the motor.

The idle speed is not adjustable, it is computer (PCM) controlled, you can turn the screw for the hard stop, but the computer will just over ride that adjustment for the most part, what I think you may need to do is clean the throttle valve and the idle speed control air bypass valve, use carb spray, spray it in the intake with the engine running use the at least 1/2 the can, the engine will try to stall, keep it running, after you are done disconnect the battery for 10 minutes, reconnect and drive a few days so the computer (PCM) can relearn your driving habits and set the idle correctly based on your driving.

You can also have a large vacuum leak causing the "low" idle. Do you hear any audible "hissing" sound as it is trying to idle and can you get it to stay running with throttle? If so, have someone hold a little throttle to see if you can locate a vacuum leak. That too would cause a low to no idle.... could be as simple as a bad "hose".
