My 2012 Toyota land cruiser 4.2 pickup is showing error code 41, what could be the problem?

Torque setting Toyota Land-cruiser 80 Series 4.5 1995-98
Engine code: 1FZ-FE, 1HD.
Stage 1: 20 Nm (Start tightening bolts from center to outwards)
Stage 2: 39 Nm
Stage 3: Rotate each bolt by 90 Degrees.
Stage 4: Further rotate each bolt by 90 Degrees

Is it a 4 cylinder diesel or a 6 cylinder?
