SOURCE: 2005 Toyota Corolla Radio fuse

Pg. 250 of your 2005 Owner's Manual shows the location of the Fuse Boxes. There is one under your hood on the driver's side and the other is under the dash just to the left of steering wheel. Pg 272, will show you how to replace the fuses. Pg. 286-287 gives a diagram and description of each fuse and what part of the electrical system it enables.
This portion of the electrical system correspondeds to the fuse in position 32 on pg. 287 of the manual.
Your going to have to get on your back with a flashlight and open up the fuse box under the dash by the steering wheel. The lid of the fuse box shows the positions of the fuse and their amperage rating. Like I said, replace the fuse in postion 32 (15 Amp). There is a spare 15 Amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood (easy to get to, see the diagrams in the owner's manual). There is also a fuse puller tool next to the spare fuses.

SOURCE: where is the starter for a 2003 toyota corolla

Hi,
Standing in front of your Corolla with the hood open ,the starter is located right below the intake manifold(curvy tube like looking ) This is in the center of the engine.
A plastic water guard underneath the car prevents you from seeing the starter from below.
That water shield will need to be removed to access the starter.

I have a 2003 Toyota corolla was turning in driveway it died and I tried to start it would not turn over what do I need to check Alternater is good

If it does not turn over at all the battery, it's cables both positive and negative and block ground, the ignition switch, starter relay, neutral safety switch or clutch switch if a manual transmission, the starter itself and it's connections .

Where is a/c relay fuse located on 2003 toyota corolla

Open the car hood. There is a black box with a snap-on cover to the right of your battery. Once you remove the top cover, look inside the top and it wiil show you which relay is your A/C relay. I believe it is a white colored relay located back right in the relay block or holder.

Where is the starter relay located for my 2003 Toyota Corolla?

Why do think its a relay??
if it is a single click or sometimes no click noise when turning the key it is the starter itself.
If it is a repetitive click it could only be the battery.
If you hear a click, this is the relay you are asking about, however it is extremely rare for a Toyota.
Please have someone help you with the next step. Get a long metal rod or long pry bar about 2' long and a hammer.
Locate the starter, it will be on the driver side of a left hand drive vehicle between the engine and the transmission.
Set one end of the rod on the body of the starter and tap the other end firmly with the hammer. You don't have to kill it. At the same time as you do this, your helper will be in the car holding the key in the fully start position, don't touch the gas as it may flood the motor.
in mant cases this may start the car.
If you live in a cold climate where they use salt on the roads, there is a small chance there could be a bad ground to the starter but only a 2% chance of this.
of you are handy and can remove the starter yourself, you should check the starter contacts inside the starter.
these copper contacts are usually the only thing that wear on a Toyota reduction type starter. And are not vert difficult to replace if you are comfortable with this level of technical expertise.
Or you can order a new starter from your Toyota dealer as you already know the last one was good for 11 years and they usually have a less expensive rebuilt starter available for your corolla.

I have A 2003 toyota Corolla with a no start problem. It wont turn over, so i checked the battery, the starter, the alternator, the starter relay, the neutral safety switch, and replaced the ignition...

you need to see how far the power is getting through the circuit. you will need a volt meter and maybe a friend to help. so start at the small wire on the starter. this should have power when you turn the ignition key. no power? then move to starter relay, no power? then move to neutral safety switch, still no power? ignition switch and fuse or fusable link or fuse box connection, wire connections. just approach it like water flowing though a pipe- but somewhere on the pipe there is a break in the pipe (circuit).

You can jump relays or switches just to prove to yourself that the starter can turn over.

If you can hear a relay clicking, then your starter relay should be OK. Try tapping the starter solenoid (on the starter) with a hammer while someone cranks the ignition over. Sometimes it'll get jammed or stuck and won't start the car. Try that out - if it works, then you may need to overhaul or replace your starter.
