What year is this Audi? Is this all six spark plugs or just some of them? I'm assuming they are new, fresh spark plugs. Old, dirty plugs can cause problems. Have you had the vehicle scanned for OBD2 Trouble codes? These can give clues as to where the problem could be.
If only some plugs are failing to spark it could be the plug wires causing the issue. If this is the case replace All six to give an even spark to all the cylinders. ONLY remove One wire at a time that way you don't get them mixed up and onto the wrong cylinders.
If all six have failed it could be the coil pack itself that has failed. Swapping a coil pack is reasonably easy but again ONLY remove One wire at a time to avoid messing up the firing order.
If you have to pay for the OBD2 scan ask at 4 or 5 different places as prices can be VERY different.
Remove complete airbox and valve cover shield, for passenger side. Unmount and move coolant tank away from work area of driver side. No need to drain coolant. Unscrew pre-turbo boost pipes, with single 10mm bolt located on lower cylinder bank of each side, to unbolt cylinder #1 and #4 coilpacks. Install is reverse of removal. Make sure both boost pipes are back on correctly - otherwise, a no-start condition will occur.
try find out on the internet wats the problem with that code but take out the spark plug out of no 1 cilinder conected to the coil and turn over the engine and u will see if the spark plug will spark or not if is not sparking and the spark plugs and the coils are new may be from a wire or loose conection
even if u didnt put it back together with the gears in there proper place u would still have a spark.just not a running motor. I would check for a loose groung wire
