If they're drums could be rust on the drum rubbing on the backing plate, or a loose brake component rubbing inside the drum.

There's an access plug above the license plate. Remove the cover on it and the keyhole will reveal itself to you.

the oil filter housing is under the vehicle and the cap screws into the oil pan. this uses a filter element not a screw on. happy holidays

on the trunk there is a key hole buy the back lic plate there may be a little cap you need to pop off to see the key hole

Yes. I beleive there are 4 bolts that hold this on. Also, the oil filter has a replacable element inside the outer plastic shell.

should be a little single wire connected to the air filter box. located on the clean side of the air filter. if not it will be between the air filter box and the throttle plate usually located on the air duct hose going from the air filter box to the throttle plate.

A 2001 is difficult to power-up. Depending on your budget I would do a high flow intake and exaust. If it is an LPT you can always put in a bigger turbo with a higher flow. If it is an LPT look for a turbo beginning TD014. The next numbers are the different performances e.g. 18T 19T. After that get a custom tune flashed into your computer. If it is an LPT, a 19T with these mods can increase the power to almost 300hp.
