I have a 2003 sxt dodge durango 4wd, i'm trying to locate the check engine fuse and also my brake lights do not work
If your talking about check engine indicator, see the other indicator lamps under the check engine? They all should use the same voltage, same fuse. If the other indicator lamps work, the problem isn't a fuse. Just my opinion.
I don't know if that bulb is replaceable? Maybe a faulty instrument cluster?

I KNOW YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL SHORT.WAS AN ALARM INSTALLED OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF ACCESSORY? CHECK WITH DODGE TO FIND OUT ABOUT A RECALL.IF SOMETHING WAS INSTALLED, TAKE IT BACK THERE TO STRAIGHTEN IT OUT IF NOT HAVE A AUTO TECHNICIAN CHECK IT FOR YOU.
SOURCE: location of speed sensor for a 2003 dodge durango
the speed sensor for this vehicle is actually in the rear differential of the vehicle. this is the sensor that runs the speedometer also known as the vehicle speed sensor. there are also two speed sensors in the front one on each wheel known as wheel speed sensors these are for the abs system only

Check the Blower Motor Resistor. This controls the Blower Motor/Fan Speed.
SOURCE: 2003 Dodge Durango brake lights not working
check the fuse, then the bulbs, and last the relay switch. if you can not do this take it to the shop, not the dealer. dealer will screw you bad and your car they are amators not proffesionals.
SOURCE: i have a 2005 dodge neon sxt. check engine light
These are high dollar parts. The first thing I would do is look for vacuum leaks. Then I would remove the sensor and clean it with break clean, this doesn't leave a residue. the mass air flow sensor is between the air filter housing and the engine. it it a fairly large sensor. When you clean it don't use a brush on it. Just spray the inside of it both ways at the part that sticks down. I have not replaced a MAF sensor. Everytime the code comes up it is a vacuum leak or the sensor is just contaminated. But they are an electrical part and I know they can go bad. Try this first a $10.00 fix compared to $200.00
