I would check the electric connections to make sure the all are solid, tight connections, both positive and negative.
A voltage meter can be used to detect voltage drops on your car. A loose corroded connection, offers electrical resistance where it should not and consumers power, causing a voltage drop. Such power loss is dissipated as heat and heat or temperature change causes expansion and contraction and change in circuit resistance and loosened connections, even damage to the connection.
Check and look for a voltage drop while turning the key.

sounds like it's your alternator, your alternator charges your battery and runs car once it is started. if you have a bad alternator your battery light will come on, and shortly after your vehicle will die, unable to restart without a jump. I would take your battery to autozone or an auto shop to have your battery and alternator tested.

Clean your Throttle body with throttle body cleaner or Deep Creep made by Seafoam. When the carbon and varnish build up in your throttle body get's hot, it gums up the IAC (Idle air control) valve which help moderate your engine's rpm to keep it from stalling.
If the IAC is stuck due to the gum of the carbon and varnish in your throttle body, you have stalling issues which you have described. Start with that and replace your air cleaner filter since your going to clean your throttle body.

You have low oil pressure. It can be nothing more than the oil pressure sending unit is leaking or defective or a bad filter. Remove the filter and install a Motorcraft, Purolator, or Wix filter. If that does not solve the problem, I would check the wiring and if it is ok, replace the oil pressure sending unit before looking for anything else. If that does not cure the low oil pressure then your oil pump may be weak or the oil pump inlet screen is clogged. Your car is 11 years old and if it has been neglected then that is a possibility. Do not drive the car with low oil pressure or you will destroy this engine.
