It all depends on what you are loading and how you are loading it. The NP300 is only design to take 1 Ton as an extreme limit. Daily use under that weight would be hard wearing work for that vehicle.
Loads needs to be smaller heavy items positioned as far forward as possible and the lighter items nearer the back of the vehicle. If the loads are regularly nearer a ton i would suggest a larger van like a Mercedes Sprinter.

Read the side of your tires that information is on it along with size, rating, and like and kind safety info. Also the owners manual has it under maintenance section, and look on the glove box door or the right side door jamb all places were the manufacturers put that information.
Did you change the radio out? Often people change the radio, cut the oem harness and fail to cover the dimmer lead which then can short to ground and kill the entire parking light circuit (which runs the listed lights)
