how about starting with using a meter to check power to relay --starter-wiring-connections-key failure -ignition switch[system]-before touching or jumping to ecm

Does the high beams work? If so use them to get home

Hello,
The Secondary Air pump is actually the Supercharger/Kompressor, the supercharger runs off the belt drive and the air is diverted through some valves for Secondary Injection. There actually is no pump on this engine. Quite clever design in my opinion. Hope that helps.

Should be a card under the fuse holder giving the fuse locations ,did have a scanned copy but lost a lot when computer hard drive packed up ,sorry i cannot be of much help here but you could try pulling out one at a time all the 7.5 amp and 10 amp fuses it should be one of these
