There is a lot going on back there. It appears to have a rear body control module. You need an auto-electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer to look for issues or computer network connectibility with the module.

My Genesis has the battery in the trunk and the owners manual shows using the key hidden in the FOB and using the keyhole under the trunk lid. Why does your key "blade" not work?
Did you actually check for voltage with a test light or digital multimeter? Did you check the ground circuit? I don't know much about your particular vehicle, but, the basics are the same, voltage and ground.
The diagram doesn't say aux, but, the basics are there.
