One high beam not working 2006 Buick lacrosse

Sampson, sounds like a bunt out bulb, which will need changed.
If you feel comfortable doing it yourself. Basically three screws, and you have to pull one plastic fastener from the fascia (bumper) and pull the bumper back a bit, and pull the assembly out. I believe it is in the manual, not bad to do. I will post a link to tell or show you how to do it. Press the helpful button

2009 GMC Acadia; why does honking my horn make the headlight come back on?

I am assuming the light is in close proximity to the horn and the light has a poor wiring connection either feed or ground. check for loose or corroded connection. The vibration from the horn has "jiggled" the connection.

Where is the horn located on a 2007 Buick LaCrosse

Horns on most late model GM cars are behind or below the headlight. Many of these cars have headlight that are very easy to remove. The are held in place with plastic slides.... you pull the slide or release (there are usually 2) and the headlight assembly will come out of the body. Then you can look for the horn.

My 2006 Buick Lacrosse warning light started dinging while I was driving and the seat belt light for passenger seat started flashing even though there was no one in the seat. After stopping the car I...

It sound like two or three separate problems, but it's hard to tell. The seat belt warning could be a faulty switch which senses a passenger in the seat, while the trunk lid opening could be a battery problem in the key fob. However, if the door locks still work with the same key fob, the problem is more likely with the lock on the trunk. Not starting after stopping could be a battery problem.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE REAR BULB ON A 2006 BUICK LACROSSE

Asuming you mean taillight/turnsignal, and not highmounted brake light:
1.open the trunk
2.Remove 4 wingnuts on trunk trim (there are two on each side)
You can do it by only removing 2 on one side, but it makes a nicer job,
3.Pull back the trunk "trim" the carpeted cardboard
4.Remove 2 wingnuts which hold the taillight assembly in place
Pull out the taillight assembly; you might want to remove (i.e. unattach or unplug) the wiring harness
5.Turn the particular bulb's socket (there's 5 back there: 2 tail, 1 back up, 1 side marker, 1 brake/turn) counterclockwise, and it removes from the assembly, holding the bulb.
6. Pull out bulb and replace.
6. Reverse steps to reassemble.

2009 lacrosse...compass, clock and milage lights sometimes stay real dim and then later pop up to normal brightness so I can read them...what goes ?

Starting car in garage turns on headlights which makes believe it is dark out and therefore dims dash lights. When car is out of garage it switches to running lights which allow dash lights to get brighter. I guess I should have figured that !!!

Can not open trunk on buick lacrosse remote wont do it and there is no key lock on trunk to use

There may be a vertical switch on the drives door to control the locks. Hold down the upmost position of the switch for 5 seconds. This trigers the trunk to open.
Good luck.
