Check the fuel filter, if ok there it may need a tune up.

SOURCE: Stalling and Jerking

I would check the fuel pressure and replace the fuel filter if it hasn't been replaced for awhile. The last 2 fuel filters I changed, the gas coming out of it looked like black ink.

SOURCE: replace front wheel bearing 2006 suzuki forenza

Very easy. Pull the wheel off after lifting the car on the side you're fixing. ;) Then pull the big center nut off the spindle. It's got a safety smash down you will have to lift up that's in a grove on the shaft. You will see this once the wheel is removed. Unbolt that big nut then pull off the brake rotor. The bearings are in the brake rotor and the shaft the rotor was sitting on. Change them both and be back on your way. It's a 20 min job at most for a beginner.

Why does my oil light come on?

It's possible that when the engine is at idle RPM it may not produce enough pressure causing the oil pressure sender to activate the light. Does it do this when you just sit and idle the motor? You may also have a oil sender that may need to be replaced.

Why would a 2006 suzuki forenza cut off when you come to a stop

#1 all time reason for stalls is
stuck open EGR valve.
but there are 50 more. reasons, so.... that takes diagnosis.
that is what technicians do..
but can be broke down to 3, given 2 facts, (good EGR AND CAT NOT MELTED TO A BLOCK WALL)
1: BAD COMPRESSION. (can happen on any cylinder , hot or cold)
2: bad spark (tune up)
3: bad fueling.

1,2,3, can expand to 50 topics and tests)

My daughter had her oil changed on her 2004 Suzuki Forenza today and now her RPM soars when she try's to accelerate over 15 MPH and the engine coolant fill is steaming (her description by phone).

i would bring it back to the garage that change the oil. they may have broke something or unplugged something, and i would check the oil level to see if they put oil in

I got my oil changed about 2 1/2 weeks ago and about a week ago my car started running rough, i attributed it to maybe a tankful of bad gas. this morning the engine was knocking and i made a mental note...

I had Walmart give me an ambassador package oil change years ago on a grand am and the nimrods never tightened the filter and the same thing happened to me. Even though I put oil in the engine seized within 48 hrs. Good luck! Get your documents ready because whether or not your engine fails you will still want to sue the oil replacement service worker for subsequent damages due to negligence.
