Check the fuse panel to see if the fuses are getting power. A power feed wire may not have been hooked up. Check to see if there is spark at the plugs. Check to see iv=f voltage is triggering the injectors. Check to see if there is fuel pressure. Spray some starter fluid into the throttle body to see if it will run.
have your window switches checked out and inspected. do they work when you use the switch on each door? if the individual switches work then your main switch at the driver door is faulty.
you don`t say if you checked the brake light switch(located at the base of the pedal)above it that it moves when applying the brakes.there should be power all the time on one wire and power only on the other wire with the brake applied.
i would check your fuses because the lights and horn are most of the time on the same fuse but it sounds like you may have a cut wire to the starter youll have to trace the wire and check it
slide a stick or twig up underneath the steering column which will hold a specialized switch in place. Try the ignition. Should it start, the actual problem in the transmission interlock switch for the transmission [located in the center console] which also protects the ignition from turning on [secondary switch prior to the ignition switch]. What a ***** to have found... took me 8 hours but GM wanted 800$ for the fix.
