SOURCE: where is my fuel filter 2001 nissan altima

Most of the time there is an inlet screen/filter in fuel tank attached to fuel pump. But there should be another filter between tank and fuel rail. it should be located on the firewall, so if you work backward from an injector toward the gas tank you will bump right in to the filter along the way.

I have a 2006 Nissan Altima, it cranks but it won't start

If you verify that the engine is getting fuel and spark you need to make sure the engine is in time and has compression. Those are the 3 things that a combustion engine needs to run. Fuel, Spark, & Compression

On a 05 nissan sentra with a 2.5 engine, what would cause the engine speed to surge up & down at 2000rpm

You may won't to check your air filter. It may be loose or may need to be replaced. This can cause power surges. If this doesn't work you may won't to look into you fuel filter or fuel pump.

I cant find the oil pump on a 2006 Nissan Altima

On both the four cylinder and six cylinder engines the oil pump runs off the crank shaft. The front cover and timing chain needs to removed in order to replace or repair the oil pump. It is not a very common repair. Is there a reason you are looking for it?

Gas filter for Nissan Altima2006

Like many late model cars the fuel system in this car doesn't use an in line filter anymore, this has been the case since the early 2000's, so there is no part number. The only filter in the system is the fine mess nylon screen at the intake to the fuel pump inside the gas tank.
