The bulb in the rear light has burned out and to replace it follow these instructions: 1) go to your owner's manual to find out the part number. You can find and purchase the replacement bulb at Target, any auto parts store and even at Walmart for under $4.00; 2) pop open the trunk door; 3) get a phillips screw driver and unscrew the 2 screws holding the rear brake light fixture to your car body; 4) as soon as you turn over the fixture you'll see where to pull out the burned out bulb and replace it with the new one(s). You have worn out your shift cables. They cost approx 500 to replace. Mine did the same thing, and of course not covered under extended warranty because it is a wear and tear part just like break pads.

I dont have a diagram, but these have 2 speeds and they are a common problem. the fan will need to be replaced (complete unit)
