First two things to check-spark and fuel. Check fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge tester, check for spark on a plug wire. If no or too low fuel pressure (should be about 40-50psi, check specs for it) suspect bad fuel pump or clogged filter or pump wiring circuit problem.
If no spark, diagnose the ignition system.

TRY RESETTING OIL CHANGELIGHT BY TURNING THE IGNITION SWITCH TO THE ON POSITION WITH ENGINE OFF.TURN IGNITION SWITCH ON 10 SECONDS PUMP ACCELRATOR SLOWLY 3 TIMES .UNTIL OIL CHANGE LIGHT FLASHES THEN IT HAS RESET.

Check for loose wiring or exposed conductor particularly inside the steering column where the horn and the ignition wiring may have come in contact.
