I need a wiring diagram for a 1956 Mercury Montclair. Can anyone help me?

Very strange. I just answered this question. Did you post twice? It was about the factory recall? I suggested calling the dealership and telling that the module has failed and you need to be fast tracked for a fast replacement.

Yea , an what would you like to know ? You have a direct short to ground on that circuit . Looking at a electrical distribution diagram to see what all that fuse powers should be your first step . Do you know how to trouble shoot a short circuit . Fuse # 26 7.5 amp powers light switch & multifunction switch . Other than buying a used shop manual from Ebay, you might try looking for a car club that would have a member that could loan you the book.
It should be the same as Ford and Mercury models of the same year. Its a basic system of a horn button that grounds a relay.
