me too! - looking at fuse #5 red 10 Amp one but has black thing on it.
Can't get if off..
Have read the manual is wrong and to use panel on side of fuse box for fuse locations...

i bought a 2005 sebring and they gave me 2 keys. one grey and thick. the other black and less heavy. the black one will start the car but as soon as i take it out of park it dies. the grey key has a chip in it that sends a signal to the engine. The black one doesn't. it is more like a back up key so that if you lock your other key in the car and it also unlocks doors and trunk.

sorry to ask a question that may sound stupid but, are you using the main ignition key. my car came with 2 keys that seem identical except that the part of the key that you hold when turning is different. one is thick and grey the other is thinner and black. the grey one works to drive the car the black one only starts it but then the car dies as soon as i take it out of park. the black key is just a spare for the doors.. it is lacking the microchip that sends a signal to the engine that it is genuine and should start the engine.

Battery is behind the tire. You have to remove the tire to get to the battery.
First of all you DO NOT have to remove the tire...you turn your wheels hard right, this will give you plenty of room to get to the battery. Remove the wheel well plate and you will see the battery just in from of where the tire would normally be pointing. From there it's pretty straight forward.
