On a fully warmed up engine at idle, the oil pressure, 5psi min. So says my database.
You might be able to use an analog gage in place of the oil pressure sending unit, to double check oil pressure.

try giving it a little fuel to keep it going. if it still goes but will shakes and splutters and coughs before smoothing out it sounds like fuel is draining back from your engine to the tank. if you have an electric fuel primer pump that turns on when you turn the ignition to on you should be able to hear an electric whine unless your car either does not feature one or its not audiable/ possibly not working. leave your car at "on" for 10 seconds then try starting it as well. see if it improves

I take it you are talking about the pulley on the crank shaft This will be a timing cover crank seal and can be replaced after removing the pulley. Not a big job if you are mechanically minded but other wise take it to a qualified mechanic or dealer.
Sounds like intake gasket didn't hold leaking straight in to the valley down into the oil pan

usually when you have water in your oil, its an indication that either the head is cracked, the head gasket is blown or the block is cracked. allowing the water to enter the oil system.
