Are these your wire colors for headlamps? In the diagram, the top wires are voltage, the bottom wire is ground, check both. There is no fuse for headlamps. There is internal circuit breaker in headlamp switch. The exterior lamps not including headlamps are fuse protected.
Maybe a problem with bulb or wiring circuit. The voltage for hi beams on both sides, come from the same place. Lo beams, the samething.
The power lead for the RH headlight is dead.. I have checked and improved the ground. Both headlights were working, and the RH just went out suddenly. Would there be any harm in wiring the headlight to the parklight power wire? Would the circuit breaker in the headlight switch trip on one side only?
No your problem isn't the circuit breaker. Is the bulb and wiring connector ok for the right hand side? In the diagram, those top two wires, one is voltage for lo beam, the other is voltage for hi beam. For testing, use a jumper wire from left side to right side, white to white or green to green, see if the right side works.
No, I wouldn't use the park lamp.
