How to fit new fog lights in my ford territory as mine did not come with them i got the fog lights to fit just dont know how

Unless you have a Ford fog light kit that plugs into existing wiring it would be unwise to fit your foglights except by the old fashioned best practice method of keeping the new wiring completely separate from the existing vehicle wiring. It is too easy to inadvertently upset computers and other electronics.

You will need to supply the lamps via a fuse and relay from the battery. How the relay is to be triggered depends on the regulations where you are. In the UK for instance, fog lights must only be used in fog or falling snow and in conjunction with dipped headlamps so it makes sense to draw the relay trigger current via a dashboard switch from the dipped headlamps. This means the foglights can't accidentally be used except with the dipped headlamps...

Fog light stay on

If the wiring and fog lights are all factory, you probably have a bad light switch. The fog lights should go off if the bright lights are turned on.

I need the wiring diagram for a 2006 ford f150 xlt super crew headlight in order to wire oem fog light harness to headlight harness to get my fog lights to work.

This is the diagram for the fog lamps ( headlamp is a different cell ).
If you are trying to add them to the existing wiring, do not expect the headlamp switch to cab fuse panel wiring to be there ( that is usually what is missing when you can find the fog lamp connectors under the front of the truck ).

File Save as so you can magnify it with the JPEG viewer you use.

My fog lights are not working, the relay is fine but not sure where the fuse is? Don't want to buy a service manual for this one simple thing. It does not tell you in the manual.

I have a 2004 f150 xlt triton. I couldn't figure out the how to turn on the fog lamps and the manual was not helpful.

Solution: turn the light switch all the way to the right and pull the switch (out) towards you. Push switch in and it turns off. The manual says to turn switch all the way to right but doesn't say to pull switch out.

99 gmc denali dash light, parking lights, tail lights, and dash light dont work. Interior lights, brake lights, blinkers, headlights work Turning on the headlight switch blows number 15 drl-fog fuse...

You have a short to ground somewhere in the drl-fog lamp circuit. Check for obvious wiring connector or wiring to drl & fog lamps. check wiring for pinched or broken wires coming from sockets. If you don't find problem, you can trace wiring from lamps to main harnesses and hopefully find source of short.
hope this helps.

How to factory wire fog lights on a 2000 ford f150. pig tail, relay, and fuse are there. Only no wiring from fuse box.

This is a common problem on 97-00 MY trucks, regardless of the trim level ( XL, XLT, Lariat ).

If you install the fog lamp fuse in the BJB ( aka Battery Junction Box, Engine Compartment fuse panel ) Fuse # 9 ( 15 A fuse ) and jumper the normally open contacts in the fog lamp relay socket ( see diagram below ) the fog lamps should illuminate ( to confirm what you have doing on ).
8491ddd.jpg
The problem usually is the main headlamp switch to the BJB is not in place ( this is the yellow wire from the main headlamp switch connector to the relay socket pin #1 ).
One easy route is to make an aux lighting relay & harness, or purchase one online. With this, you can cut the factory ends and attach them to the harness you purchased. There is an air inlet next to where the steering wheel column runs through the firewall. This would give you an easy route to the fog lamp switch. The fog lamp switch, you can buy the factory one, and change the yellow wire from the connector to your added relay, or just add a switch for this function.
This will give you an idea of what the DIY relay and harness would look like.
