I recently tried the DIY service and repair manuals from a website and it actually helped me repair transmission problem in my jcb 3cx site-master. It would'nt move forward or reverse, engine was good both solenoids
for forward and reverse worked, but still couldn't diagnose the problem.
I don't have much technical knowledge but I just followed it step-wise, and works perfect! got it from www.reliable-store.comAll the best

SOURCE: how to replace a coolant level sensor, 2000 buick century

The coolant level sensor is located on the radiator. If you are looking at the engine from the front of the car it will be on the left side. There will some kind of clip holding it in the radiator. Removed the clip and pull the sensor out. You will lose coolant so try to swap it out quick or drain some of the coolant out. Once new sensor is installed, install clip to keep the sensor in place and reconnect the wires to the sensor. Crank the engine and make sure the coolant level is full. This should correct your problem.

Why is there no power going to my transmission shift solenoid, cooling fan, coolant sensor, air sensor, on my 1996 buick century? Are they all controlled by a relay or something?

Check the ground to the fuse/relay box under the hood. I had the same problem on a Le Sabre that I owned. It was the ground but I replaced the hot and ground out and got a pretty new looking fuse box at the salvage yard and all was well.

Heat is stuck on on driver's side/dual control/2003 Buick Century

You will need to replace the control cluster. It's pretty simple, two screws down behind ashtray and pull the plastic cover off. Two more screws and the cluster comes off. Undo the wire harness and the cluster is out. You can get a different cluster at a salvage yard got about 15 bucks.

2002 BCM replacement, hard to do ?

I assume you have a Regal or Century because those are the Buicks most noted for this problem. Replacing the bcm is very simple. It is a black box located just above the floor on the drivers side, to the left of the brake pedal. Problem is new bcms require programming by the dealer, at a cost somewhere in the 80 to 100 dollar range. I have also been told used bcms cannot be reprogrammed, so buying one from your local salvage yard is a waste of time and money. Understand I own a salvage yard, so I am problably telling the truth about this.

Odometer light out on buick century not working

Sadly no, there is no fuse or bulb to replace. You either have to send the instrument cluster out for repair or replace it with a new unit from the dealer. You could also obtain a serviceable one from a salvage yard. Most shops should be able to replace the instrument cluster or advise who can repair it.
