I don't know what testing you have done? Make sure the battery has a full charge. If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Also check fuel injector pulse.
How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes?

take the negative side off the battery put the car on ramps secure the rear end so it does not roll and if you need a diagram for removing and installing the starter try autozone

It is in the right front side of the center console. It is also a programable module.

ithere are 4 bolts that hold it in...the top 2 are obvious..the others are behind the bumper. the bumper must be removed to acces them...here are the manuals instructions..
