It's a combination turn signal/hazard/daytime running lights (if equipped) module, which is located under the dash on the junction block. It's rectangle shape. The bottom row on the junction block is all fuses, the 2nd and 3rd row up are relays, the 4th row up should have 2 modules, one square on the left, and the flasher module (rectangle) on the right.

I can't find my flashers in my 99 dodge caravan..They are somewhere in my dash. My blinkers and hazards are not working. I've replaced my fuze and blinker relay, also the switch on my steering column

Three places they use to hide them. On the front of the fuse panel, on the back of the fuse panel and hanging off the steering column under the dash, close to the firewall. I don't know the year they started, but the hazard switch has the flasher built into it.

Replaced the turn signal lever in my 1999 caravan and the left turn signal still doesnt work. The fuse for the flasher is still good and the right tun signal works any recommendations

Try the flasher module located on the junction box/fuse panel underneath the drivers side dash. It looks like a regular relay but is double the length.

Signal lights wont work

Do your fourway flashers work?
This problem is likely a burned out flasher unit. Generally this is an easy item to fix on any car. On your dodge it might be somewhat harder. You will need to consult your user manual to find the flasher location.

Have hazard lights but no running or turn signals

sounds like you need a combo flasher assembly..located in fuse block inside vehicle under steering column..there may be a plastic cover under dash you have to remove to see fuse block..large black relay that plugs into fuse block..if you pick up a new one,you will see what it looks like..available at dodge dealer..combo flasher or drl/signal relay

Elevtrical troubles...BCM?

It is your BCM. A used module cannot be used in most cars today. They are vehicle specific, and need to be programmed as such. Go to the dealer and get them to verify with old BCM, and see what they say.
