3 places I know of.
1) A Chevrolet dealer.
Ask for a "Technical Service Manual", or whatever they are calling it where you buy it.
I have paid from 30 - 75 dollars for one.
2) A car parts store, sells books with this information.( Do not buy the book before you see the schematics inside it.)
Some of the books may be from "Chilton's", or "Motors" or from "Haynes".
The books are model and year specific.
3) A public library, which would also have the same books.

This vacuum diagram 84 federal--automatic. As far as wiring diagrams, if you can tell us the problem, we might be able to find something? Some local libraries carry automotive databases. The database would have wiring diagrams. Might not be the best, but better than nothing.

the vacuum hose should be linked from intake manifold to thebrake booster on brakes as well as to the side of the gearbox onthe vacuum canister. should any one leak there will be a misfire or no vavuum for brakes.

these things are not available online due to copyright restrictions. you must get a paper manual.

go to a parts shop and ask for a chiltons or a haynes manual. it will be in there. if there is still a good sticker under the hood it will be on there.
