Look for an inline set of wires near the blower motor. The resistor is in the air plenum to keep it cool. It is held in with a couple screws typically. If the fan works on high not not other speeds, then it is the resistor. This video shows where to look. Have replaced on a Nissan but not Mercedes. Mercedes vito heater fan replacement

Mercedes vito heater not working have checked all the fuses and they seem to be ok, it does not work on any setting at all, it was working then it was working now and again now it has ceased altogether can...

Change the brushes in the heater motor.

Common fault on Merc Vitos and sprinters.

Brushes are on ebay. Search for "heater brushes"

Read the manual for the radio or go onto the makers site and get one

In there it will tell you about setting the Front to Rear Fader which puts the sound into the car where you want it.

At this time you have got the control set to direct the sound to the front only
