Typically if any lights are flickering it’s because of a loose ground wire.

99% chance it is the blower resister located behind glove box. Squeeze glove box in and pull out.
The resistor is right behind it, dealer part cost less then $20.
Dodge has had this problem for over ten years and until recently did nothing. Now they combine fuse with resistor, suppose that will correct it?

SOURCE: how to remove the door panel on a 2005 grand prix

Just an philips screw, you'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them.

If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door.

Hope helped with this (remember rated this).

Leaks get worse when engine is at operating temp and pressure builds. Rent a cooling system pressure tester and pressurize the system. Then you'll see the leak
