SOURCE: wheres the temp sensor located on a 1992 oldsmobile 98 regency?
It should be on the air cleaner hose or Housing itself..
SOURCE: wondering where the exterior sencor is located for
Location is behind the plastic air dam that forces air from underneath the car to go up and into the radiator (directly in front of a/c condensor). It's somewhat of a tight space, however you can pull it with force off the plastic air dam it's connected to (about midway down) and then unclip the sensor from the harness. Just don't pull too hard once you free it from the plastic air dam. These sensors rarely need replacing. If your Dual Digital Climate Control System is giving you an incorrect reading on the display for the outside air temperature, this indicates a couple of possibilities. 1.)The sensor tip is dirty and should be cleaned, or 2.)The green or white wire that goes to this sensor is worn or has broke somewhere before the sensor. This happened to mine (green wire broke) and would always give an incorrect outside air temp. I fixed the green wire and now the system functions correctly again.
SOURCE: Were is the crank shaft position sencor located on
The crankshaft sensor shoul or is located at front of engine bolted to the block . It senses the crank position so it is mounted where it can ,in close proximity of the pulley. Ned
SOURCE: slight coolant leak, unknown location, seems to b
Probably from the waterpump, there should be a little hole under it behind the pulley. It is there incase the pump seal leaks. Rub your finger around it to see if it is wet. Otherwise a the top hose may be leaking on the engine end. Do the same finger trick.
Some of the fuses are NOT SUPPOSED to recieve power from the box itself. Some of them recieve power from the ignition switch and some recieve power from relays in the box that are only activated when the ignition switch is on and/or one of the modules in the computer network commands the relays on. You need a "power distribution" wiring diagram to figure those things out.
With that said, WHAT, exactly are you trying to fix?
