Take/Tow your vehicle to an authorized Hyundai dealership and pay the diagnostic fee... they will tell you exactly what the problem is and the cost of parts/labor to fix it... at least this way you'll know what the problem is and what's required to fix it.

Did you check the transmission fluid level? If necessary, add fluid. However you probably have a more serious problem. Take the car to a qualified transmission mechanic.

If you dont have the proper tool to do it,wait for the night come,locate on the top of each side of the eadlights the scrwes where you can adjus them,in a flat ground adjust the lighst.
