i don't know what you mean by stripped, but iam gessing you mean it won't stay on the windshild when it wipes. have you tride another blade? if not i would try that first. if that dosent work you may have to try another wiper arm. all wipers will do what yours is doing when conditions are just right. you can minamise this problem maybe with a double wiper blade. hope this will help. Check to see if the stud that they sit on is not spinning . Make shure that they are tight. Start by parking your wipers. then loosten the wipers and put them back on where they should be parked and tighten them up this should fix the problem . If not you may need to buy new motor unfortunatel. I hope this helps. Don't forget to rate my answer. thanks.

in the center of the wiper there is a little plastic, black piece. turn the wiper blade so that blade and the wiper arm make a "T". there is a tab on that black plastic piece that you have to push in, and at the same time you have to push the wiper blade down. easy

this is normally caused by a bad wiper motor or binding of the wiper gears and linkage arms.
check to see if the linkage arms are tight and not loose. also try and lube up the pivot points.
another thing to check is to make sure you have 12 volts to the heater.

This is simple. Go back to the dealer and start squeaking ... squeak louder and louder and louder (preferably in the show room) until the service department makes the squeaking go away. A brand new car should not squeak.
I had a similar problem. The dealership didn't want me in the show room saying bad things to the potential buyers about their cars. They fixed my problem in short order.
I hope this works for you
