WHAT ARE TORQUE SETTINGS FOR NISSAN ALMERA QG16

The torque settings for a Nissan Almera QG16 engine can vary depending on the specific component or fastener you are referring to. However, I can provide you with some general torque specifications for common components in the engine. Please note that it's always recommended to consult the manufacturer's manual or a qualified mechanic for accurate and up-to-date torque specifications. Here are some approximate torque values for certain components:
  1. Cylinder head bolts: 25-30 Nm (18-22 lb-ft) initial torque, followed by an additional 90-degree clockwise turn (angle tightening).
  2. Main bearing cap bolts: 25-30 Nm (18-22 lb-ft).
  3. Connecting rod bolts: 15-20 Nm (11-15 lb-ft).
  4. Crankshaft pulley bolt: 140-160 Nm (103-118 lb-ft).
  5. Camshaft sprocket bolt: 85-105 Nm (63-77 lb-ft).
  6. Intake manifold bolts: 15-20 Nm (11-15 lb-ft).
  7. Exhaust manifold nuts/bolts: 25-30 Nm (18-22 lb-ft).
  8. Spark plugs: 15-20 Nm (11-15 lb-ft).

Cylinder head bolt torque? Piston rod torque? Be specific. Also, we need the year of the vehicle. Torque specs vary by year, make, model.

Hi Jan, The codes are anti theft devices and are unique to each vehicle. If it is not recorded in the user manual (maybe a separate manual for the radio) ask your dealer for it. Regards and happy new year John
