How do you support the engine, without a lift... after jacking up the car
In the past, I have used a thick piece of plywood that covers the oil pan then use a floor jack. The thick piece of plywood helps to spread the load. Pay attention, if you think the oil pan will cave, we will have to try something else. I have also used a piece of 2x4 on the lip of oil pan. Don't support the vehicle with bumper jack, use quality jack stands. There are safety issues working on a raised vehicle. Safety is your responsibility.

If you cave the oil pan, that's on you, I can't see anything from here.
SOURCE: how to loosen the serpentine belt
If you look at the spring tensioner on the belt, there is a 3/8 square hole in the support arm.
Use a ratchet wrench, or breaker bar in the hole, and release the tension. Once it's loose, you can remove the belt.

All you need is a long prubar (or you can rent a tensioner wrench at the parts store) essentially a open end wrench with a 3 ft handle.
Put the tensioner wrench on the nub of the tensioner and pull back... this will release the tension on the old belt. Remove it from one of the pulleys, and then from the entire system.
Note how it is routed through the pulleys, and put the new one on the same way.
The car should have a sticker on the radiator support telling you the path of the belt.

If it's a 4.2l it is on the left of the vehicle under the power steering pulley. It twists to the right, or clock-wise as you are looking at the engine. Use a 3/8" ratchet handle and possibly an extension.
Good Luck. I'm not sure if you have a v8.

if you replacing only lines for power steering you dont have to take out the belt but on other side of linens are very hard to disconnect from the rack and pinion...
you have to lift and secure the front disconnect the lines from pump and fallow he lines and keep disconect the holders from the body when you rich the end you are right under the driver seat you will see the very little open space and you see the bolt that connects linen to rack and pinion you will need long wrench take it out..just take your time ..when placing the new line just make sure it seats good on place and you gonna need the bleed power steering system after changing the lines...
so finally this job is really hard to do if you don't have experience i recommended to you just bring somebody know what he's doing for save time and not to do some job double time.Power steering system is closed system air or heavy leaks can damage your expensive power steering pump and rack and pinion.
