They are on each bank in the exhaust manifold BEFORE the catalytic converter. Sometimes mistakenly called an o2 sensor, can also be called a Heated Oxygen sensor.
The warning lights are probably not related to no heat, unless the engine is low on coolant. It sounds like a problem with the blend doors under the dash, or the main controller. You may need a shop manual to diagnose it.
Go to auto parts store and ask for wiper blades for your specific car. I believe there 19". The install procedure is on the back of the package. It's a 5 minute job at most.
They slide off the the wiper arm like any standard wiper blade. Go to a store that sells wipers blades, instructions are on the back of the box. Do it your self...the dealer will charge you 40 bucks at least! (Lexus dealer)

we can try the obvious, theres the window cancel button on the driver master panel. or if the one touch feature doesnt work. roll each window all the way down and then all the way up and that will reinitialize it.
like ANY roof rack cargo, it will be cumbersome. is it safe? it depends if you installed it properly and how fast you drive. i carried a pw50 (standing up)on top of my wifes rx300 from illinois to california...it didnt budge or made severe noises.
